Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with Bixwireless LLC.   We feel confident enough with our service that we do offer  a return policy.

BixWireless offers a 14 day Return Policy for all clients with or without reason.  A $50 restocking fee will apply to ALL internet returns regardless of reason when buying our equipment, along with pro-rating the service itself of the time you’ve used it and/or the amount of data used on the service.  BixWireless is not responsible for signal, coverage, or speed issues in the customers area. If there is a device problem or malfunction with a modem  purchased from BIX Wireless, then BIX Wireless will replace the device free of charge within 14 days. Malfunctioned devices do not constitute a valid reason to return a device without a restocking fee as we will offer a free replacement option. 

Beyond 14 days NO REFUNDS will be offered. The equipment you purchased is YOUR equipment, and you may do whatever you wish with it. You are free to resell the device or use it with another carrier.
An additional $50 restocking fee applies to all device Returns along with pro-rating the service itself for the time you’ve used it, with a minimum of $20 usage on all services.  Refund will be calculated from the days  and usage.  If all data is used up on the sim in the 14 days, there will be NO refund on service.   All items must be returned, sim card, cables, antennas, manual, power cord, original box, packing, etc.  Missing items will deducted from the return.  Items must be returned in their original boxes and protective packing/box around them, or deductions in refunds for the price for us to replace these items will be charged.  The original Cradlepoint boxes are $25 to replace.

Cancellation

BixWireless does not use contracts. Period. You are not bound to a service agreement with us and can cancel at any time. NO REFUND will be provided for unused time. At the time of cancellation you can choose to cancel immediately, but must be done  BEFORE your next billing cycle as to not get charged, as all billing is prepaid to the carriers.

If your service is Cancelled or Terminated due to an abuse situation no refunds will be provided for unused time. Abuse situations are taken on a per situation basis. Not every abuse case results in a termination. BixWireless will make every effort to work with the customer within reason to avoid termination.

You must also let us know that you want to cancel before your next billing cycle, or you will be pre-billed the following month.

Shipping

– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs
for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you
receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from
your refund.  Ship to the address listed on this webpage to the right.

All items must be returned, sim card, cables, antennas, manual, power cord, original box, packing, etc.  Missing items will deducted from the return.  Never place shipping labels on the modem box.  Box must be packed in protective packaging like it arrived when you received it, or reduction in refunds will occur for replacement costs. 

Refund of service only –

If buying only our monthly service in the first 14 days, you can cancel anytime, but we pro-rate the refund to the time you’ve used it or the amount of data used on it.  $10 activation fee is non-refundable.  If you want to cancel internet service after the 14 days, you must also let us know you want to cancel BEFORE your next billing cycle, or you will be billed for the month.

Refund TV boxes –

For TV boxes, we refund them, minus $20 plus the time the service was use if returned in the 14 days.  All items must be returned in like new condition with remote, cables, power cord, box, paper work, etc. Shipping policy above applies.
